Notre établissement Artois recherche un(e) Cadre Bureau d’études H/F expérimenté(e).Vous réceptionnez le dossier d’appel d’offre, analysez le dossier et les besoins du client, réalisez les études et trouvez les solutions techniques, économiques et financières les plus adaptées au projet jusqu’à la remise de l’offre.ProfilMission: Receives the tender documentation, analyzes the file and the customer’s requirements, carries out the studies and finds the technical, economic and financial solutions best suited to the project until the tender is submitted.
Main Responsibilities: Studies the documents of the tender or of the customer’s requestAnalyzes the project: technical validity, proposal of variants, assessment of risks and opportunitiesControls the plans and ensures the taking of measurements by learning about the land and its characteristics, calculates the cubic volumes and the measurements, etc.Consults suppliers and sub-contractors in search of the best services and pricesAssesses the project: prepares price sub-details and sets the sales price in collaboration with his/her hierarchyPrepares and drafts the technical file of the response to a call for tenders (technical brief, schedule, etc.)Follows the tender documentation until its awarding: sales relationship with the customer and/or his/her representativesOrganizes the submission of the offer to the customer in compliance with the deadlines and the imposed formalismCoordinates relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations upstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalize on feedback.Possibly supervises price study technicians, heads of technical research
Profile: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experienceSignificant experience in the field of Price studies in public works
