Fast ApplyJob SummaryDetails of PositionGreenwich Academy is a small, friendly, well-established English Language Academy in Lugo, Galicia. We are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic EFL teachers for the academic year 2024 / 2023.
We are especially interested in imaginative and warm candidates who have experience working with students of all ages. We also offer classes for students from age 3 up and we also prepare teenagers for the Cambridge English Exams.
The position is for a minimum of 18 hours contact teaching time with occasional extra hours required on an ad hoc basis depending on the time of year.
Teacher responsibilities include:Preparation and delivery of communicative English lessons
Class administration.
Attendance at team meetings.
Assistance with exam preparation.
Writing a termly report for each child.Experience preparing students for the Cambridge English examinations essential.
We aim to foster a collaborative and fun working environment and we are looking for team players who enjoy sharing ideas and helping their colleagues
It is essential that candidates already have permission to work in the EU or an EU member state passport.
