We are looking for:

• Sustainability is at the heart of Syensqo’s pioneer DNA. CSRD implementation is for us an opportunity to embed sustainability at all levels of our organization, just like for financials. We are looking for an ESG Controller in our Consumers & Resources segment team, who will report to the Segment Finance Director, and with a functional reporting dotted line to Syensqo’s ESG Reporting Manager, the ESG Controller will play a crucial role in implementing ESG reporting capabilities in the business segment.

We count on you for:

• Support the ESG operational governance evolution toward increased accountability at the local level, by engaging Global Business Units (GBU) and plants stakeholders

• Drum beat CSRD reporting implementation at GBU and plant level, and in particular controlthat local processes are enforced and aligned with Group procedures

• Set up GBU and site compliance framework on CSRD disclosures

• Support the gathering of GBU and main plants quantitative CSRD disclosures and control the consistency of them

• Support internal and external sustainability audits at GBU and main plants

You will bring:

• Undergraduate degree in business or financial equivalent experience

• Minimum 7 years experience Industry in Controlling, Internal controls, or internal audit, to bring to non-financial disclosures, the experience and diligence developed around financial information

• Fluent in English

• Experience/exposure in the ESG field is appreciated

• Self-motivated and self-led

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to Impact & influence stakeholders

• A team player with strong collaboration/partnering skills
