As an ESG Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with our global team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely ESG reporting across the Eurofins Network. Working closely with top management, you will contribute to shaping Eurofins’ sustainability strategy and support global projects. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an international and diverse team!
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on key ESG regulation development and their implications on Eurofins (e.g. CSRD, Green Claims, CS3D).

Develop and update benchmarking studies on corporate sustainability programmes, goals, and disclosures.

Support the development of network-wide ESG guidelines, policies, procedures, and programme content to drive best practices locally.

Support the periodic ESG data gathering and reporting process and engage with stakeholders across departments (e.g. Purchasing, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, ESG Reporting Team).

Ensure the reporting of ESG KPIs to various stakeholders.

Leverage data analytics through Power BI to enhance the communication of ESG performance indicators.
Education: Master’s degree in a STEM subject, Management, or Economics. Familiarity with ESG topics is highly appreciated.
Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
Personal skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with AI and Power BI is a plus.
Please note that V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.
Starting date: January 2025, flexible.
Duration of the programme: 12 months.
