In this role you will be responsible for risk reporting including identification, assessment, monitoring and measurement of risks. As an ERM Analyst, the candidate will support the technical side of BBH risk management with the right focus on understanding risk items. In time, the candidate will also provide analysis and support the Product Divisions in understanding their risk profile. This role will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of business functions and committees through the preparation of different materials.Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Support analysis of Key Risk Indicators by producing relevant reports on trends and risk-driven insights.
- Support various Legal Entity Risk reporting of BBH at a global scale by providing timely, accurate and consistently high standard reports on risk management trends and indicators.
- Support product division leaders in their proactive identification, measurement, management and monitoring of risk within the Investor Services line of business with the appropriate reporting.
- Leverage existing risk management tools, such as the Firmwide Risk Event Database (FRED) and Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) database to assist in analysis of risk matters/incidents.
- Provide support on analysis and design of ERM global risk reports.
- Design processes and procedures aimed at maintaining high standards of risk reporting.
- Assist the preparation of various board and different committee materials by using data feeds from the risk management tools.
- Plan, test and implement the usage of data analytical tools into the current risk reporting framework.

Desired Qualifications:An analytical and enquiring mind and strong analytical skills pertaining to risk identification.Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.3+ years of relevant work experience in the financial or funds services industry.Experience with Microsoft Office products – advanced Excel is a must, Power Query will be used in the position.Practical knowledge of data analytical applications – Power BI or Cognos is a must, Qlik is an asset.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English language including presentations.Strong interpersonal, relationship and negotiation skills.Motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.Understanding of operational procedures and controls related to fund services practices.Knowledge of BBH products, services and practices preferred.Experience in Operations/ Internal Audit / Compliance / Risk Management is an advantage.
