EPC Contracts Manager – Renewables Developer | ParisJoin a leading renewables developer in Paris as an EPC Contracts Manager and play a pivotal role in advancing green energy projects across Europe. This role is ideal for an experienced contracts manager with a background in EPC contract management within the renewable energy sector who is ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee and manage EPC contracts for renewable projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance with contractual terms.
• Negotiations & Documentation: Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and documentation with EPC contractors, ensuring transparent processes and smooth project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, coordinating with project teams to secure optimal technical and financial outcomes.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal legal, financial, and project management teams to ensure contract performance, compliance, and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in EPC contract management, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• Educational Background: Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a deep understanding of EPC contract structures, risk management, and compliance.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French (essential).

Position Details:

• Location: Paris, France
• Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
