Environmental Research – Project Manager

We work with multiple partners to deliver monitoring, evaluation and learning projects that provide the evidence and analysis for better policy in this hugely important area of work.We’re now looking for an experienced project manager to join our environment team to coordinate proposals and projects from proposal stage through to delivery and successful outcomes for our clients. We particularly welcome applications from people with experience in project management for UK government clients, and particularly, for Defra and Natural England. Relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) or project management for other UK government clients including FCDO, will also be considered.We welcome candidates with a background in the natural environment, ecology, climate, marine conservation and fisheries, countryside, and agriculture sectors, and will consider candidates with a background in monitoring, evaluation and learning, public policy, social policy and economics, preferably in relation to these sectors.This is your opportunity to make a tangible contribution to wide-ranging UK domestic environmental policy across climate and environment, the natural environment, marine and fisheries, and food and farming. You will be helping to manage the quality of evidence that informs UK-wide environmental policy across a huge array of topical issues and be working alongside those who will use it.
