As an Environmental Professional you will work in Purification Plants at Novo Nordisk Kalundborg. Tasks are carried out in a very close collaboration with the areas Environmental and Energy Partner and Professional as well as Project managers.Together with the Environmental and Energy Partner and Professional you will be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with requirements from both national legislation, terms regulated by Environmental permissions as well as Novo Nordisk’s management systems for environment (ISO14001) and energy (ISO50001)
- Actively cooperate, guide and support your colleagues and project managers in the factories with environmental aspects and projects
- Data management i.e. data collection from various sources, data analysis and reporting
- Support environmental targets together with the Environmental and Energy Partner ensuring continuously improvement according to our Novo Nordisk environmental strategy “Circular for Zero”
Across the factories you will meet many different professions. You can expect a workday with a mixture of both planned and unforeseen tasks that will require you to utilise many skills and being agile.Qualifications
- You hold an academic degree in environmental management/engineering or similar. Or technical background with relevant experience.
- You may or may not have substantial experience with external environment in a production area, but you are enthusiastic, carry a great personal drive and like to work in both the outdoor areas and inside the factories.
- Full proficiency in English, Danish would be considered an advantage.
- Experienced user of Excel would be an advantage.
Naturally, you have an analytical approach, preferably skilled in excel and can keep an overview. You have strong stakeholder management skills as you will work with many different employee groups including a close cooperation with Novo Nordisk corporate environmental department. You can work both independently and in close cooperation with others.About API and the departments
