As we grow the organization at high speed, we’re looking for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining Health, safety and environmental compliance in the EMEA region as we work towards a gold standard in EHS excellence..We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EHS Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating environmental health and safety (EHS) programs and policies for the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, training employees on EHS regulations, and investigating accidents and incidents.The successful candidate will be an experienced, innovative, hands-on and customer-centric individual, passionate about EHS, and able to identify, coordinate and drive improvements in EHS whilst engaging stakeholders.You will possess experience rolling out regional projects from start to finish; excellent interpersonal skills. As a leader in our organization, you must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. You will instruct and train facility and regional leaders on PANW EHS processes and assist the teams in incorporating our EHS standards at their offices.This position will be based in our Amsterdam office.In this position, your core responsibilities will be to assure that PANW employees are trained and knowledgeable on their EHS responsibilities, collaborate engage with stakeholders to deliver EHS solutions, assist the facilities and regional teams in incorporating our EHS standards, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance to all applicable local regulations and corporate requirements. As the EHS Manager, you will be the point of contact of all EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) EHS escalations and processes and you will be able to engage in regional projects and initiatives.Your Impact
