Then, you might be the new colleague we are looking for in Novo Nordisk Health and Safety.The positionIn this position, you will play an important role in assessing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) across the EHS certified units in Novo Nordisk globally. You will support compliance, continuous improvement, and good practice in a rapidly expanding organisation. You will work with highly engaged experts to secure that our EHS management system and processes are well implemented.Some of your key activities will be to:Conduct EHS internal audits across certified areas with decision-making authorityCollaborate with Line of Business and members of the audit teamMaintain and develop the internal audit process, tools etc.Maintain and develop the EHS management systemProvide training and support to Line of BusinessYou will perform EHS audits worldwide, both face to face and remotely (virtual). Some travelling is expected in this position. You will have empowerment and authority to practice independently, impartially, and unbiased.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we expect you to have:Relevant master’s degree or equivalentISO 45001 internal auditor qualification5+ years of relevant auditing experience, preferably from the pharmaceutical industryExperience within health and safety, risk assessments and control measuresFluency in English language, written and spokenExperience in working across cultural differencesWe appreciate if you have:Supply chain knowledgeISO 14001 international auditor qualificationAs a person, you are structured and able to take ownership of a task from planning to execution and follow-up, but you also enjoy working in collaboration with colleagues towards a common goal. You can communicate complex issues in a simple and assertive way, respectfully no matter if the target group is senior management or shopfloor employees. You are outgoing and build good relations with colleagues and stakeholders. You are pragmatic and use critical thinking to make fast and accurate decisions based on facts.About the departmentThe job is in Novo Nordisk Health & Safety, a unit in the global People & Organisation division, located in Bagsværd, Denmark. The department is Novo Nordisk’s Centre of Excellence in the field of health and safety with around 55 dedicated colleagues. Our role is to safeguard employee safety, health, and well-being as an integrated part of how Novo Nordisk do business, by providing targeted support and easy-to-use tools and guidance within topics such as mental well-being, safety and ergonomics.
