About this role

Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy workplace and ready to launch your career in Health, Safety & Environment? We’re looking for a motivated HSE Administrator Intern to join our International HSE team and support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of HSE and learn how safety programs are implemented within a dynamic, international company.

Location: Milan

Reporting to: Senior Operations Project Manager

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.
• Help organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
• Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
• Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
• Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.
• Collaborate with local teams to actively promote a safety culture and awareness among employees.

What will you bring to the team?

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
• Strong attention to detail
  and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Fluent in both Italian and English is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is a valuable plus, but not required.
