We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who can initiate conversations with marketers at leading brands. As the first point of contact, you are the guardian of Traackr’s first impression with our prospects. This is a Sales Development role that sets meetings for Account Executives; it is not a “closing” role but a stepping stone towards a career in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.

Responsibilities

    • Deliver meeting-setting targets in alignment with company strategy and ambitious growth objectives
    • Provide timely and relevant follow-up to inbound interest, including leading discovery calls with qualified leads
    • Conduct thorough account research to support strategic growth initiatives
    • Uncover valuable insights and data to demonstrate the value Traackr offers to prospects
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute targeted campaigns to engage prospects
    • Identify key stakeholders and assess business fit within target accounts
    • Execute account-based outbound and nurture programs in coordination with the marketing team.
    • Nurture existing contacts through personalized and valuable outreach efforts
    • Proactively identify and strategize outreach opportunities with potential clients
    • Document all activities and responsibilities accurately within the CRM system
    • Assist the marketing team with event outreach efforts
    • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies for targeted individuals

Requirements

    • 2-3 years of professional experience in a tech or SaaS environment
    • Proficiency in SFDC, Outreach, and GSuite
    • Mastery of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
    • Adaptability to fast-paced environments, with a track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding targets
    • Assertiveness and the ability to navigate conversations tactfully
    • Familiarity with conglomerate company structures and the capacity to engage with multiple brands
    • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across all levels of seniority
    • Proven self-starter capable of working independently
    • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Analytical mindset, with a commitment to thorough research and asking pertinent questions
    • Team-player mentality, celebrating successes and collaborating to address challenges

Nice to Have

    • Proficiency in business communication in French, German, or Spanish
    • Knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry

This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.
