The Enterprise Risk Management function has the responsibility further enhance all governance as well as risk identification, evaluation monitoring and reporting mechanism for all of our teams around the globe.
Your responsibilities
As an Enterprise Risk Manager you will have the opportunity to:
-Support the design and constant improvement of a coherent and compressive governance framework especially focusing on standards for policies, controls and risk management (incl. BCM and crisis) aspects.
-Ensure implementation and compliance with internal and external standards.
-Drive cross functional and cross boarder best practice sharing focusing on constant improvement and business enablement while managing C&A’s risk management objectives.
-Ensure appropriate communication of new trends, new identified risks, relevant updates as well as upskilling and training of internal and external stakeholders
-Steer local, market wide, cross boarder and cross functional risk & opportunity assessments
What you bring
We would be keen to speak to those whose profile shows a blend of the following:
-Minimum 3-6 years of experience in risk management or a related field e.g. governance, audit, compliance, strategic planning, business continuity
-High level of communication and influencing skills
-Knowledge of risk management mechanism and techniques
-Fluent in English and Dutch
-Bachelors / Masters degree preferred with specialization in either Business & Management, Engineering & Technology, Natural Science, Environmental Science or equivalent
