Enterprise Management Systems Lead (Pioneers Media)

The Enterprise Management Systems Lead plays a critical role in strengthening how Pioneers Media uses technology to support its mission. This role champions a “single source of truth” across key platforms, ensuring that systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks are well-managed, integrated, and strategically aligned.

Working closely with the Data Manager, Innovation & Technology Team Lead, and other stakeholders, this role focuses on enterprise-wide systems architecture, data integrity, and continuous improvement. The post holder helps ensure that technology serves ministry teams effectively by providing reliable information, streamlined processes, and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and administration of Salesforce and other core platforms

• Configuring and developing Salesforce and related applications

• Developing and maintaining a clear data architecture and “single source of truth” strategy

• Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across Pioneers Media

• Leading development of new system features to support ministry projects

• Researching and shaping future systems architecture in line with emerging technologies

• Ensuring strong documentation and user training to maximise system adoption

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Extensive experience configuring, maintaining, and developing Salesforce

• Proven experience in data architecture and systems integration

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and operational processes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
