Here, the impact of our changes is recognised from the top!Accountabilities:As the Enterprise AI AWS Product & Technology Lead, you will oversee the intricate design and engineering of our enterprise AI AWS platforms. Your responsibility will be to ensure the seamless functioning of our AI platforms, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate the effective implementation of AI solutions throughout the organization. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers from across the company, work closely with internal cross-functional teams, and maintain relationships with AI platform end users. You will also lead incident response efforts, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Essential Skills/Experience:– BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative or analytical field.
– Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, focusing on managing AI platforms, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
– Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
– Experience in DevOps/MLOps/AIOps practices and tools for automation, configuration management, and CI/CD (e.g., Git, Terraform, etc.).
– Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize tasks, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence partners at all levels.
– Experience working in an Agile team with knowledge or experience in product or platform-focused delivery.
– Experience working with internal security standards and frameworks, especially in medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical contexts.
– Experience working with GxP-compliant life science systems.
