Job Summary:

The main goal of our Enterprise Account Executives is to drive net new sales from prospect accounts within your assigned territory. In this role, you will partner cross functionally with internal teams to drive business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract close. It is expected that a large proportion of new clients will be sold via our ecosystem of channel partners so the ability to co-sell will be critical to exceeding targets. This is a quota carrying role and critical to the continued growth and success of Securonix.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and/or exceed your quota by identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities at enterprise companies (2000+ employees).
  • Creatively source new prospects and thoughtfully position the Securonix value proposition to suit their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to drive new opportunities, co-selling in a collaborative sales motion developing high trust with our partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert to prospective customers.
  • Stay current on competitor offerings and be able to identify their strengths and vulnerabilities, focusing on selling business outcomes – why we win and why we lose.
  • Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks.
  • Influence client decisions and advocate for client needs to negotiate solutions.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with various cross functional teams including Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity, forecast and opportunity information in Salesforce.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of closing experience at a technology company.
  • Experience within the Cyber Security industry. Direct experience of selling Enterprise SIEM and UEBA solutions is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting and creating new business, predicting an accurate forecast, and demonstrated pipeline management.
  • Working as a team, building exceptional internal relationships to orchestrate complex sales processes.
  • Demonstrating a client first mentality predicated on authenticity and ethics.
  • Highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as being highly responsive to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities.
  • Critical thinking and creativity, demonstrating drive, initiative, curiosity, and sense of urgency in acquiring customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to customer meetings as needed.
  • Ability to speak English and at least 1 additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.).
