East Durham College provides access to education for all, with pathways through stages of learning across a broad offer and with close alignment to employment opportunities in the North East region.The VacancyWe have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Enrichment and Wellbeing Coordinator.Main Duties of the Role:To oversee, deliver, enhance and assess the impact of student engagement, voice and enrichment activities across all sites. This role aims to support our students’ personal and social development by providing activities that enhance behaviours and attitudes, whilst promoting a vibrant and inclusive college culture for students and apprentices of all ages.Essential Requirement:
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3.
- L2 Maths and English or willing to work towards.
- Experience of gathering, evaluating and presenting data.
- Experience of developing links and partnerships.
- An understanding of the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Empathetic to the needs and problems that learners may experience.
