As a recruiter, you’ll be responsible for matching suitable candidates with open vacancies for our clients in a variety of industries including IT, Engineering, Automotive and Pharma. This dynamic phone-based sales role offers clear financial targets and commission incentives, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with each successful placement. After just two years in the company, our recruiters typically earn around 100,000EUR annually.

Your tasks will include:
Overall, your role as a recruiter will be to find and attract the most qualified candidates and facilitate a successful recruitment process that meets the needs of both the client and the candidate.
* Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various methods, such as searching resume databases and portfolio sites using advanced Boolean search options.
* Creating job advertisements and promoting them through online job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
* Maintaining a candidate database is crucial to keeping track of potential candidates and organising recruitment efforts
* Active contacting of industry professionals via phone, email and online platforms to build a strong understanding of a market, expand network, understand individual candidate needs and ask for referrals;
* Business Development to understand clients needs, sell business services and define the requirements for vacant positions.
