English Teacher – Secondary School (East Grinstead)Are you an inspiring and passionate English Teacher ready to make a difference? I am seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join one of our highly regarded secondary schools in East Grinstead. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your love for English to life, nurturing creativity and critical thinking in a dynamic and supportive environment.Position Details:

• Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
• Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term, or Permanent
• Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

Your Role as an English Teacher:
As an English Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in English Language and Literature to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Foster a love for reading, writing, and analytical thinking among students.
• Assess and track student progress, offering feedback to help them succeed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and teaching methods.
• Encourage self-expression and confidence in students’ written and verbal communication skills.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular programs and participate in community events.

What We’re Looking For:
Ideal candidates will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Possess a strong knowledge of English Language and Literature.
• Have excellent classroom management skills, engaging and inspiring students of all abilities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
• Bring experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 (experience with Key Stage 5 is a plus).
