This school is looking for someone to lead the department and ensure that the team has collectively the knowledge and skills to achieve the development plans, manage change and enable the team to confront and implement change positively. To develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and to encourage, support and lead INSET provision for all members of the team.
 
Head of English – The School
This is a community special school, which is in Littlehampton, West Sussex area and is designed to support each student with unique needs, with capacity of 72 students. The school is a SEMH – Social, Emotional and Mental Health students from the ages of 8 to 16 years old.
