The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them achieve their full potential and fostering a love for the subject.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons that cater to a diverse student body.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the English curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and school events.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in English or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• ECT applications welcomed.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
