Position overview
Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for a motivated and self-organized individual with a “can do” attitude to join our team in a temporary position. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquiries, and complaints, as well as pursue timely communication, shipment, and documentation with our internal stakeholders.
If you have a high focus on a proactive approach and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!
Responsibilities
-Act as the vital link between our company and customers, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and met.
-Skillfully manage customer sample requests, diligently tracking progress to ensure a seamless process.
-Provide prompt, friendly responses to customer inquiries and swiftly resolve any issues that arise.
-Utilize the modern SAP ERP system to maintain organized and efficient operations.
-Engage daily with colleagues from around the world, ensuring precise processing of sample requests.
-Foster and nurture relationships with both internal and external customers and colleagues.
Required skills and experience
-Possess good level of proficiency in English for effective communication.
-Knowledge of Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
-Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to evolving environments.
-Previous involvement in customer service or B2B roles is considered advantageous.
-Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective interaction.
-Display competence in standard office software like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics is viewed as a valuable asset.
