English Graduate Teaching Assistant – DentonTeaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Graduate Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated “Good” secondary school in Denton. This full-time role is set to begin in October and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential for the position to become permanent based on performance. The weekly pay for this role ranges from £419.25 to £500.Role Overview:As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the English department and helping students achieve their full potential. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging English lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Aiding in classroom management, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
• Helping to prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons.
• Monitoring and recording student progress, offering feedback to both students and teachers.
• Encouraging and motivating students to develop a love for literature and language.
