At B&FC, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed Engineering Trainer to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to our diverse students across apprenticeship and Further Education (FE) pathways. - Provide hands-on and classroom-based engineering training to apprentices and FE students, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Develop engaging training materials and regularly review progress with both students and their employers to ensure the best outcomes.
- Maintain full compliance with course regulations while driving quality improvement across the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress using college systems and actively support recruitment activities to grow our engineering programs.
