The role

As a Engineering Supply Chain Change Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of an experienced team who support the UK Armed forces with spares, directly effecting vehicle availability and reliability.

Day-to-day, you’ll enable stability in the supply chain, improve supplier relations, allow more accurate forecasting, improve understanding of risk, and enhance supply chain improvement. You will also have the responsibility to Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Support communication efforts
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholder

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.

Essential experience of the Engineering Supply Chain Change Lead:

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
