Job Title Engineering Manager (Nevio)Summary of the Role
The manager will lead a new team of Software developer, Business Analysts and QAs, responsible for the Servicing flow of Nevio for Offer.
It encompasses Flight change, Seat and Ancillaries cross sell and Refund use cases.The new manager will have to drive the transformation of the line organization:
this encompasses the resource ramp-up of the team, the creation of the induction program, the improvement of the engineering experience and the vision of the component.If you are willing to grow and evolve in a very dynamic and challenging environment, join us!In this role, you will :Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives.Report on team activities.Be accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline or function.Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.Suggest alternatives, improvements, or new techniques in processes, flows, operational models, and plans.Lead a new team of software developers, business analysts, and QA professionals responsible for the servicing flow of Nevio for Offer.Guide the transformation of the line organization, including resource ramp-up, creation of an induction program, improvement of the engineering experience, and vision of the component.Efficiently manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries.Work closely with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization informationAbout Ideal Candidate10 to 12 years in software development/computing science with minimum 3 years of experience in team managementAbility to guide by example, effective communication skills, and good at building relationships.Ability to navigate complex situations in a big company with multiple stakeholders.Ability to provide clear direction and goals to the team.Proficient in English.Application processThe application process is easy and fast.
