In this role, you’ll have the freedom to shape and drive our tech strategy, building solutions that enhance host & partner satisfaction to help drive our business forward.RequirementsWhat You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Shape and execute a tech strategy that aligns with Houst’s goals for growth and operational efficiency.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, ensuring they’re on track, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time.
  • Technical Excellence: Stay ahead of tech trends and apply these insights to keep Houst’s platform efficient, secure, and reliable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Houst to streamline integrations and ensure our tech enhances every aspect of our business.
  • Quality & Reliability: Guarantee the robustness, security, and performance of our tech stack.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in engineering with demonstrated success in a leadership role, ideally with cross-functional and large-team management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management, with strategic and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex tech challenges.
  • B2B registered
