If you’re ready to take the next step in your career journey, we invite you to apply and become a part of our forward-thinking team.As an Engineering Intern your role will be to support the process and industrial Engineers in their daily activities to optimize and continually improve the blade production manufacturing processes in Hull. In addition to this, you will be given specific projects related to process improvement, equipment specification and continuous improvement.Within this internship, training will be provided to you to ensure you have a comprehensive knowledge of both composite manufacturing and the production systems. Your development and capabilities will play a pivotal role in the success of the Hull facility growth projections of the factory.Note: All shortlisted candidates must be available to attend an assessment center at Hull University on 11th February 2025.Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:Ensuring that correct tools and techniques are deployed within the manufacturing process.Taking ownership of projects to implement new tooling and equipment.

Facilitating the development and deployment of new pre-manufacturing processes to support the manufacturing processes.Work closely with Global Engineers based in Denmark and the rest of Siemens Gamesa Functions.Work closely with the production areas to support the safe and high-quality production of blades.What You Need to Make a DifferenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
