Location: Malaga, Spain
Position Type: Full-time (39 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, developing tailored strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
  • Account Success: Proactively monitor and support client accounts, ensuring successful project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality service.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve client issues, maintaining positive relationships while ensuring the smooth progress of engagements.
  • Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring clients receive the full range of services they need.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to clients, measuring engagement levels and suggesting ways to improve performance and achieve goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in German and English (C1+): Exceptional communication skills in both languages, enabling effective client engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Proven Experience in Client Engagement or Account Management: Prior experience in an engagement, client success, or account management role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong Relationship Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and maintain lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop customized strategies that drive client engagement and business growth.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A solution-oriented approach to tackling client challenges and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
