Job DescriptionThe right candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to establish and maintain strategic relationships with Patient Organizations to increase awareness and knowledge of rare diseases. Support the implementation of the defined communication strategy, through an integrated approach including digital channels.
  • Support the implementation and deployment of effective communications plans to improve awareness of rare diseases and company initiatives. Coordination of events and campaigns in alignment with the CE&C Team, in particular awareness events and campaigns to inform all stakeholders about the company’s initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with other business functions to ensure all communications are compliant, consistent and aligned.
  • Analysis and reporting: evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies through analysis and reporting.
  • Internal communication: support for the organization of internal events, management and updating of the Intranet. Corporate website: management and updating.

QualificationsEducation/Learning Experience/Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Humanities, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2/3 years experience in similar roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

Skills/Knowledge/Languages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage complex projects.
  • Proactivity and availability to travel.
