Enforcement Agent

Location: Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 – £28,500 + uncapped commission

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

About the Role

As a Enforcement Agent, you will:

– Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
– Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
– Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
– Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
– Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
– Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.

– Ability to work independently and manage casework efficiently
