The REDEN Group, present in 9 countries in Europe and Latin America, currently operates more than 1 Gw worldwide and expects to grow more than 10-fold by 2030.Post: What would be your role in the REDEN project?As an Energy Storage Project Development Manager, you will report to the Head of Energy Storage and your main mission will be to develop utility-scale battery storage projects (BESS), both hybridized and standalone BESS until Ready-to-Build milestone.Key Responsibilities:
Travel Requirements:
This position involves national and international travel, which will account for 30-40% of your time.Profile: Who are you?Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development in Spain, or a minimum of 2 years specifically in BESS projects.Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Earth, and GIS tools like QGIS or equivalent software.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and call for tenders.Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Personal Qualities: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, open-minded, and persistent, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams across multiple locations.We’re offering you a friendly, caring, ethical, committed and professional environment in a fast-growing Group focused on energy transition on an international scale.Do you like challenges?
