What does an Energy Manager do within Den Berk Délice?As an Energy Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of the energy business unit.You closely monitor various energy markets and help determine the choices we make in this regard.You set the strategy for our multi-asset approach, keeping in mind the needs of the cultivation sites and the financial results.You lead the team of energy managers and organize consultation and in-depth sessions.You report and share your findings and recommendations with the General Manager.You have final responsibility for the operational areas:
-Service to the installations-Performance of the installations (efficiency, quality, and contract optimization)-Project management for modifications or new installations-Legal and Compliance: management of (VEKA) subsidy files, energy plans, policy agreements, safety, and insuranceYou are a member of the Management Team at Den Berk Délice.

What is expected of you?You have a master’s degree or equivalent knowledge and ability through experienceYou have several years of work experience in the (energy) sectorYou are very analytical, and can translate your analyses into concrete actions to achieve continuous improvementYou are strong in organizing and structuring.
