Job Description:

We’re looking for a Power Origination Manager to join our Team either in Milan or Madrid. This

role will focus on originating, structuring, and executing renewables PPAs.

Main task and duties:

• Support the origination, development, and implementation of Enfinity’s renewables pipeline driving public and private PPAs and merchant power sales.
• Originate, develop, negotiate, and execute structured power energy transactions with embedded optionality such as medium and long term renewable PPAs, elaborating and optimizing power sales strategies for the market-parity pipeline.
• Coordinate work streams with other departments using internal financial models and taking ownership on assumptions; cooperate with the internal legal department with the definition of the agreements.
• Drive the advancement of each project opportunity by leading all necessary steps in the process (both internal and external).
• Significantly contribute to the definition of the global energy commercialization strategy and lead parts of its execution.
• Keep himself/herself fully informed on key market developments and industry news/events in order to quickly identify business opportunities.

Key requirements

• The Renewable Power Originator should have the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of previous experience related to the position, preferably in the renewable energies sector.
• Corporate and industrial client’s portfolio is a plus.
• Knowledge of renewable power, balancing, offtake structures and other structured products
• Strong understanding of energy markets
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English and Italian. Any other language would be a plus
• Excellent use of MS office, in particular Excel and PPT.
