Starting in October, based in Italy near our Milan office we are currently looking for a talented Marketing Graduate to join our 3 Year Boston Scientific Graduate Rotation Program.
This three-year program takes you on a learning adventure through three different divisions and functions. It enables you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consulting or Analytics.
The program gives you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.
About the role:
The core objective of this role is to support the relevant product franchises in achieving the goals and objectives of the Italian Endoscopy Division, by coordinating with the sales and marketing organization.
The candidate will be focused on market/competitive analysis and the development of a strategic and tactical marketing plans.
You will be accountable for the daily execution for the portfolio/business management along with the creation of marketing activities/tools orientated towards helping patients and physicians to find solutions that truly matter.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Be active part in driving local country Marketing Strategy Implementation & Communication to develop customized messages and selling tools for the local market that enables the Sales Force to drive desired customer behavior change.
• Product launches and development: from product registration in Italy, to marketing materials reviews, to the definition & implementation of strategies, to collection of feedbacks.
• Portfolio management, including interaction with Customer Service and collaboration with tender department for technical requirements
• Competitive Analysis and literature updates
• Be reference point for requests coming from sales team relating to tender preparation, daily evaluation of public procedures, definition of deadlines and specific requirements
• Conveys market needs and sales requirements to International Marketing team and cascade down/personalize information received from them.
• Help in managing events and trainings, internal and external, organized by BSC Endoscopy
.Key Deliverables:
Clinical knowledge of endoscopic procedures/devices and good understanding in endoscopy market
2. Learn how to deal with a large portfolio of medical products and start managing events & trainings for internal and external
3. Understanding how marketing (multichannel) strategies bring value to customers
Requirements:
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or BioMedical Engineering
• You are Fluent in Italian and English (C1-C2)
• You need to have a pro-active ‘start up’ mentality and be ready to take your own initiatives
• You will have good interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with many EMEA stakeholders
• You are also self-motivation and can work by yourself or in a teams
• Based in Milan, some travel possible
