The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and disputes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to work on complex and high-profile employment law cases.Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law, including recruitment, termination, discrimination, and employee relations.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases, and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide insights on emerging employment law issues.
• Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and case law and provide proactive advice to clients on potential implications for their businesses.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas, such as corporate, tax, and dispute resolution, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in France.
• 2-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm.
• Strong academic background, with a law degree from a reputable institution.
• Excellent knowledge of French employment law principles and regulations.
• Proven experience advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including litigation and advisory work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
