Looking for an Employment Lawyer for a Belgian law firm located in Brussels.

• Provide expert legal advice on Belgian employment and labor law.
• Guide employers and employees on legal rights and obligations, including termination of contracts, restructuring, workplace discrimination, and employee benefits.
• Represent clients in disputes before Belgian labor courts and tribunals on employment matters such as wrongful dismissal, discrimination, or wage claims.
• Handle disputes involving workplace issues such as harassment, disciplinary actions, and whistle blowing.
• Draft, review, and amend employment contracts, ensuring compliance with Belgian labor law, including terms on wages, working hours, and employee rights.
• Create and assess collective agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete clauses, and other employment-related documents.

Belgian independent law firm|Flexible & horizontal work environment

• You have successfully completed your Masters in Law. An LL.M. is a nice plus, but not a requirement.
• You have a true entrepreneurial spirit and an inexhaustible passion for employment law.
• You believe in the power of collaboration and are willing to actively contribute to the team’s efficient operation within a positive atmosphere.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch.
• Open to junior profiles!
