With a Large estate centred on the Dudley and Brierley Hill Learning Quarters, it provides inspirational facilities, in which students can access world-leading technology at the forefront of Further Education. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2023, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.We are now looking to recruit a new member of our employer engagement team to drive recruitment to a range of technical programmes, including apprenticeships and to support our students to undertake industry placements. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in working with employers to help meet their organisational training needs.Reporting to a Head of Employer Engagement, this key role will be responsible for promoting and selling the College’s full range of products and services to employers. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals and ensure that all employers have a first class customer experience. You will maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, extend our employer partner network and working in a consultative manner provide holistic advice and guidance to employers to determine their training requirements and enable them to access bespoke training solutions.
