As an Employer Branding Manager, you will be a key player in shaping and maintaining our company’s employer brand identity. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive brand awareness and attract top talent by leveraging various marketing channels and platforms. By collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Marketing teams, you will ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand presence that resonates with potential candidates and showcases Quadient as an employer of choice.

Your Role in our Future:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in copy and messaging through tone, voice, and terminology.

  • Utilize Quadient’s employment brand to support marketing campaigns and explore traditional and non-traditional recruitment outlets (e.g., LinkedIn, Professional Associations, talent pools, direct email/mail, social media).

  • Focus on creating the best possible candidate experience through engaging and informative content.

  • Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news) about job opportunities through various social media channels.

  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Facebook.

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, owning the dashboard and tracking the overall progress of all marketing efforts.

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly marketing calendar with outreach initiatives to passive job seekers.

  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI, suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness of our hiring activities.

Your Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding across European Markets

  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.

  • Experience in a start-up, entrepreneurial, or growing software company is desired.

  • Demonstrated competency in client service.

  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Czech, Italian) is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to apply these concepts to various forms of outreach.

  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create unique marketing campaigns that capture the attention of a specific target audience.
