The role is a combination of local ownership within traditional employer branding responsibilities and creating ideas to improve candidate’s experience with the DNV brand. As an Expert, you will directly report to the Country Chair.

Your tasks will be:

• Coordination and organization of employer branding activities for Germany

• Monitoring and coordination of DNV Germany’s presence on the internet and in social media

• Coordination and contribution to DNV Germany’s website content – www.dnv.de

• Planning, coordination, and organization of recruiting fairs and other exhibition events

• Managing university relations as a channel to meet potential candidates

• Internal employer branding

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing or communications

• Very good knowledge of the employer branding field

• Solid knowledge of digital communications, social media, and online publishing

• Strong communication skills

• Agile and self-driven, looking for opportunities to get business results

• Creative and always searching for new opportunities

• Fluent English and German language skills

• Practical background in journalism will be an advantage
