The position is located in the Employee Relations, Compliance and HR Project Management Department within the Human Resources Division.Working in this position will allow You to apply labor law provisions to solve interesting, non-standard cases and influence the shape of the Bank’s personnel policy. You will liaise with HR Business Partners with the support of relevant units. You will participate in a range of initiatives involving investigations and complaint management, also conduct investigations as needed.Responsibilities:Support and consultancy on the interpretation of the labor law and internal regulations of the Bank regarding labor law, personnel, payroll and social mattersCooperating with HR Business Partners in matters related to: procedural proceedings (work discipline), violation of labor law or employee duties, irregularities reported by employees in the field of human resource managementCooperating with trade union organizations operating at the BankParticipating in the preparation of normative acts in the field of labor law as well as development and issuing opinions on the Bank’s internal regulations in the field of human resources management and personnel mattersSupporting the process of administering the Company Social Benefits FundCooperating with law firms representing the Bank in matters of labor lawPreparing assumptions and conducting training in labor lawProviding opinions on compliance with social security legislation of civil law contractsParticipating in a range of initiatives and exams involving the governance of investigations and complaint management.
