It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.About the location: The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:· Support the Employee Manager in overseeing staff operations and ensuring a positive work environment.· Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.· Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering effective communication within the team.· Help implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.· Monitor staff performance and assist in conducting evaluations to enhance team productivity.· Realized Staff house inspections guarantying the rules of it.
· Oversee the internal communications with staff via Viva Engage, Teams, Boards, TV´s, emails, etc.Our Ideal Employee Assistant Manager candidate will have:· Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive work environment.· HR and administrative experience: A background in human resources or employee relations, with knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.· Conflict resolution abilities: Capable of handling employee concerns or disputes, mediating conflicts, and providing solutions to maintain workplace harmony.· Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage employee records, scheduling, and other administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.· Confidentiality and discretion: High ethical standards and respect for employee privacy, especially when dealing with sensitive HR issues.· Team leadership and support: Experience in supporting HR teams or working closely with management to implement employee-related initiatives.· Employee engagement focus: Passion for improving employee satisfaction and engagement through wellness programs, professional development, and recognition initiatives.· Problem-solving mindset: Ability to assess and address employee issues promptly and professionally, offering solutions that benefit both employees and the organization.· Training and development experience: Knowledge of or experience in helping plan and execute employee training programs, fostering growth and development.· Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to manage changing priorities, employee concerns, and HR needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Work Experience: 2 YearsDegree: Professional /TechnicianLanguages: Spanish / EnglishLanguage Ability: HighLanguage Proficiency: FluentTime: Full TimePosition Worker Type: SeasonalWhat we offer Mallorca, Baleares
