WHAT YOU’LL DOYou will own the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for experienced hires for our EMESA Technology Digital Advantage Traditional Track (TDA.TT) and TDA.Platinion (TDA.PLA) teams and will be based in Paris. You will act as a trusted advisor on the approach to identify, recruit and hire top talent in the Tech & Digital Market and will own and drive the implementation of this strategy. As a recruitment expert you will be expected to have a good understanding of the target groups and how to engage them. With input from BCG TDA.TT and TDA.PLA leadership you will operationalize the sourcing, screening, relationship building, offer preparation and delivery and hiring processes for all candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.   • 3-5+ years of structured candidate sourcing and recruiting successful experience in the technology/the professional services space
  • Experience working for/in professional services
  • Experience recruiting candidates with extensive IT background: architects, developers, IT consultants
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Fluency in English and French
