EMEA VM PRODUCTION MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to window production processes in partnership with the EMEA VM Director and Central Brand Image Studio team, as well as leading relevant local production initiatives related to windows
• Manage all processes and activities related to the execution of all pop-ups and special projects in collaboration with key EMEA and Central partners inclusive of sample and prototype quality control and installation/strike strategy
• Review and approve all layouts, plans, and technical drawings related to windows and special projects in partnership with the EMEA VM Director and the Central Brand Image Studio Team
• Recruit, partner, and manage relationships with vendors when executing special projects
• Partner with the EMEA VM Director to manage the Visual Merchandising production budget for all assets related to windows/ special projects and monitor expenses
• Manage and support the EMEA VM Director in planning, tracking, and creation of timelines for new store openings, window installations, and special events
• Partner with the Special Projects VM manager on the development of special project layouts upon request by BIS team
• Partner with the EMEA VM Director for window allocation for retail stores and Franchising channel
• Partner with EMEA VM Director to ensure all Visual Merchandising production activities are consistent with company guidelines and brand integrity
• Manage installation strategy, planning for all windows and special projects installations
• Travel and attend all priority window installations, pop-ups, and special projects offering hands-on support and on-site leadership for both the EMEA VM team and any supporting vendors
• Inspire the VM and Special Projects team, sharing creativity and way of working
