THE ROLE

The Revenue Marketing EMEA Coordinator at BioCatch will focus on the development and execution of marketing programs in alignment with BioCatch’s global Account Based Engagement (ABE/ABM) strategy. Primary duties include supporting the EMEA Revenue Marketing team in planning, launching, executing, and tracking 1-to-1 and 1-to-Few ABM campaigns. These include researching and executing virtual and in-person events, account and persona research, intent and digital marketing, assuring that leads are properly entered in our systems, tracking programs’ results and KPIs; and ultimately allowing us to scale our ABM program offerings. You’ll provide operational support to the team and will leverage tools including Databook, 6sense, HubSpot, Monday.com and Salesforce.

 

The ideal candidate for this role is curious, creative, organized, data driven and can project manage. They seek to understand account-based marketing and the importance of tailored messaging, segmentation, personalization, automation, and attention to detail. They are passionate about measuring, tracking results, and recommending new programs and ideas.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the EMEA revenue marketing lead to research, develop and execute EMEA ABM campaigns including field and partner events, webinars, direct mail, and digital
  • Program management of ABM campaign components
  • Assist with field program planning, vendor management, administration and logistics support
  • Support account and persona research efforts
  • Manage program-related operational components, including registration assets and list uploads
  • Leverage marketing stack (such as 6sense) to run and optimize campaigns
  • Track and report on results against KPIs
  • Other responsibilities which might not be listed

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •  2-3 years’ experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Strong project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated.Possesses strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to extract deep insights and understanding of account intent signals.
  • German or French proficiency – significant advantage
  • Analytics mindset to measure against KPIs and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of demand generation and how to leverage best practices to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience working on in-person and / or virtual events.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and executing customer journeys.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot, 6sense and / or Salesforce preferred.
  • You must possess strong work ethics, including having a sense of ownership and integrity.
  •  Preferred experience in SaaS business and / or Financial Crime industry.
