Position title: Regulatory Affairs and Product Compliance Manager EMEA
Department: EMEA
Reports To: VP Technical Development and Services EMEA
Purpose:
To manage the regulatory affairs and product compliance requirements within EMEA, acting as a central contact for and coordinating responses to customers and internal inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
1 Responsible for the overall control of the regulatory compliance management of the product portfolio within EMEA.
2 Proactively monitor and track both European and global product regulations on material compliance and regulated substances in collaboration with the North America RAPC manager.
3 Verify products to ensure compliance with legal regulations in force throughout Europe and non-European product end markets.
4 Provide a central point of contact for regulatory inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
5 Seek out internal and external information (from suppliers) as needed to gain and collect data required to respond to customer requests.
6 Collaborate with the EMEA Innovation team and local technical offices to address solutions in accordance with in-force and emerging regulations.
7 Manage and maintain a supply chain database and responses.

Knowledge and Skills
* Educated to a minimum of degree level.
* Working experience in the field of regulatory affairs/material compliance.
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers and suppliers.
* Multi-lingual is a plus.
