Quality Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-collaborating with different teams to maintain, develop and improve quality management system at the regional level
-analyzing and reporting of quality indicators
-supporting individual locations in understanding and application of quality tools
-managing projects aimed at optimizing processes (both production and business)
-promoting quality culture by defining and managing various quality initiatives
-conducting quality trainings
REQUIREMENTS:
-higher education, preferably technical
-good command of English, both spoken and written
-knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standard
-practical knowledge of common quality tools
-excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and interact across all levels
-analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and make data-based decisions
-proficiency in MS Office – Excel & Power Point
-experience in managing projects and/or large-scale events – would be appreciated
-independent, self-disciplined, and well-organized
