We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading multinationals offering personalized Human Resources solutions.At Wyser we are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Director mainly for the EMEA region with a strong background in the premium consumer goods sector. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience building and managing strategic partnerships with top-tier retailers at a global level. Reporting to the CEO of the company.Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee strategic partnerships with the leading global retailers as Walmart, Carrefour, Cotsco, Rewe, Lidl, Mercadona, Marks & Spencer….
• Act as the brand’s primary representative in the industry, enhancing brand awareness and driving global growth.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major retail partners to increase demand and expand market presence.
• Lead brand strategy development and oversee its implementation, ensuring strong positioning and alignment with business goals.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, effectively showcasing our premium offerings.
• Provide critical market insights to inform regional strategies and contribute to product development initiatives.

Profile:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, ideally within premium food or consumer goods.

Competencies:

• Proven success in managing high-level retail relationships across international markets.
• Strong strategic and communication skills, with a deep understanding of global retail dynamics.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
