Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.Working as a Senior Manager of Vision Care Education , within Leonardo, EssilorLuxottica Learning platform, you will be responsible for managing the team of Vision Care Experts; developing, disseminating, and executing consistent education programs for internal and external audiences (ECP, WHS and retails): BtoB educational materials and assets. This includes eye and vision care, clinical practice, ophthalmic lenses technologies, categories and brands to ensure the adoption of EssilorLuxottica’s products and innovations by ECPs. You will lead this holistic approach to carefully develop knowledge, know-how and expertise of each profile of practitioners (dispensers, prescribers, sales associates, store owner & managers) in the EMEA market.· Your activity will support the agenda of EssilorLuxottica’s product launches, innovations, categories, brands and business priorities as well as local education projects.· You will work closely with the global head of vision care education and the global Leonardo team to ensure that the vision care strategy is executed in the EMEA market.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:· Contributing to the go-to-market plan of EssilorLuxottica: Vision Care solutions by delivering educational and BtoB assets in time and form.· Lead and develope a team of experts in Vision Care Education.· Coordinate the built of a continuous evolving interactive learning experiences and tailored educational curriculum adapted to different audiences.
· Identify educational needs while managing innovation pipelines.· Collect educational needs from our global vision care brands as well as EMEA market leaders , oversee and participate in the creation of those content.· Ensure that the identified content is deployed in the EMEA region, providing status reports, strategic guidance and overseeing day to day operations with the local Leonardo teams.· Develope internal and external partnerships to be accurate, impactful, compliant with global and local regulations (incl. academic relationships within the EMEA region)· Design educational assets appealing for the learner and differentiating for Leonardo· Provide technical expertise for vision care content creation, review, and approval· Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the delivery of results within guidelines, budgets and timelines· Establish KPIs to measure the impact of educational programs and execute the plan to meet those KPIs.· Benchmark on optical industry learning programs & certifications· Develope innovatiove solutions by taking advantage of the latest technologies in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiativesNETWORK OF INTERACTION:· INTERNAL : Leonardo Team, Lens Brands Marketing, Medical Marketing, R&D, Mainstream Marketing, Instruments, Leonardo and regional Education and Professional Relation teams.· EXTERNAL : ECPs, retail, key accountsTECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE· Bachelor or master degree (optometry or opticianry)· Additional marketing education would be a plus· Demonstrated abilities to hold international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment· Solid knowledge in education, digital learning (Articulate, video, LMS …) Adult Learning Principles,· Experiences in working successfully in a team and managing complex projects· Competence in business and technical English (written and verbal).CANDIDATE PROFILE:· Proven, successful experience in a managerial role in a dynamic & complex work environment· Results oriented, customer centric and continuous improvement way of working· Positive leadership, innovative and collaborative behaviours· Excellent communication and presentation skills Charenton-le-Pont, Val-de-Marne
