We are looking for a talented EMEA Conformity Tech Specialist to join our team specializing in Environment for our EMEA TC&C department in *Daventry, Darlington, Huddersfield, or Sandwich, in the United Kingdom. *

Innovate and Propose Solutions: Your ability to propose innovative initiatives and troubleshoot complex problems will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Facilitate Training and Meetings: You will establish and facilitate compliance meetings and training sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and compliant.

Execute Corrective Actions: By defining and executing corrective actions, you will address compliance issues promptly and effectively, maintaining the company’s integrity and reputation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*To be successful in this role you will need the following: *

Technical Expertise and Knowledge: A solid understanding of European product emissions certifications, including Conformity of Production (COP) and OBD In Use Performance Ratio (IUPR). Familiarity with state-of-the-art emissions systems across various platforms is essential.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Plant Quality, Manufacturing Strategy, and Certification Engineers globally. This includes building networks and trust, and ensuring that conformity requirements are met and reported efficiently.

Project Management and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven skills in managing projects, guiding audits and appraisals, and developing process documentation. Creative problem-solving and the ability to remove roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately are crucial.

Regulatory and Environmental Acumen: Deep knowledge of environmental regulatory compliance and standards. The ability to analyse technical and legal documents, communicate requirements clearly, and leverage environmental data to drive improvements and ensure compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
-
Basic knowledge of state-of-the art Emissions systems across the 3.8L to 95L platforms – plus a willingness to develop further.

Legal awareness as well as Careful Communication training.

Business Writing – Writes business messages using appropriate grammar and style guidelines for the given format or publication and target audience; simplifies complex information into messages relevant to the target audience.
